Therefore, to get new information from bioelectric sources by a magnetic method, the measurement sensitivity of the magnetic measurement must have a distribution different from that of an electric measurement. For more accurate information of the source distribution, the magnetic measurement must concentrate its measurement sensitivity on a smaller region than the electric measurement. It is not self-evident that these two requirements are met by a biomagnetic measurement system. These questions are discussed in more detail here.
